- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.

- Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and drizzle honey mustard dressing over each piece.
- Sprinkle sautéed mushrooms and crispy bacon evenly over the chicken.
- Top each chicken breast with shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). If not, bake for a few more minutes.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
