Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Drain the pasta and set aside, optionally drizzling with olive oil to prevent sticking.

- Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually add the cheddar and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Toss the drained fettuccine in the sauce until well coated.
- Fold in the crispy bacon pieces evenly throughout the pasta.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Serve the pasta onto plates or bowls.
- Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and additional cheese if desired.
