- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).

- Drain the pasta and set aside without rinsing.
- Season the thinly sliced beef with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef in a single layer, searing for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove and cover with foil.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, then add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add the cooked beef back into the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Toss in the drained pasta, ensuring it is well coated with the sauce.
- If needed, add reserved pasta water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss until melted and evenly distributed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or red pepper flakes if desired.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately, optionally adding extra Parmesan and crusty bread on the side.
