These Korean BBQ meatballs are juicy and flavorful, infused with the bold essence of Korean cuisine. Paired with a creamy, spicy mayo dip, they are perfect for any gathering or a special dinner.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 chopped green onions
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, gochujang, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Scoop out portions of the meat mixture and roll them into balls about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned. Turn them halfway through for even browning.
- While the meatballs are baking, mix together the mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl. Adjust the sriracha according to your heat preference.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, let them cool for a few minutes and serve warm with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
