Cheesy Parmesan Pizza Bread Bites are the perfect blend of crispy, cheesy goodness and classic pizza flavors. These bite-sized treats are sure to become a hit with family and friends!
Ingredients
- French bread or Italian bread
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Pizza sauce
- Italian seasoning
- Olive oil
- Optional toppings: pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, spinach
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). This ensures that our bread bites get a nice golden color.
- Prepare the bread: Slice the French or Italian bread into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches thick. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Mix the toppings: In a bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. If you’re adding any optional toppings, mix them in now.
- Assemble the bites: Spoon a little pizza sauce onto each bread slice, spreading it evenly. Then, generously sprinkle the cheese mixture on top of the sauce, making sure each piece is well-coated.
- Drizzle with olive oil: Lightly drizzle olive oil over the assembled bites. This will help them crisp up nicely in the oven.
- Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning!
- Cool and serve: Once done, remove the bites from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping!

Keywords: Customize your flavors by experimenting with different cheese blends. Adding some cheddar or provolone can elevate the flavor profile. You can also make it spicy by sprinkling red pepper flakes over the cheese mixture before baking.
