These Air Fryer Ranch Mushrooms are a quick and easy side dish bursting with bold flavors. Infused with zesty ranch seasoning, they offer a delightful contrast of crispy exterior and succulent interior.
Ingredients
- Button or cremini mushrooms
- Ranch seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- Olive oil (or avocado oil or melted butter)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Start by cleaning your mushrooms gently with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt. Trim the stems if they are tough or long, but leave the caps intact.
- In a small bowl, combine about 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix until you have a smooth paste.
- Place the cleaned mushrooms in a large bowl and pour the ranch mixture over them. Toss gently to coat each mushroom evenly.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the coated mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring enough space for air to circulate.
- Air fry the mushrooms for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once cooked, remove the mushrooms from the air fryer and serve them warm. Garnish with fresh parsley or a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese if desired.
