  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Olive oil for cooking and brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Once heated, add the ground turkey. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Once the turkey is cooked, stir in your taco seasoning and a splash of water (about 1/4 cup). Mix well and let it simmer for another 3-5 minutes until the flavors meld together.
  4. While the turkey is cooking, take your corn tortillas and lightly brush both sides with olive oil. Bake them in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they’re crispy and golden.
