Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, 1 packet of active dry yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 cup of warm milk. Stir until combined.
  2. Incorporate ½ cup of mashed potatoes into the mixture.
  3. Knead the mixture on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour as needed.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into equal portions. Roll each portion into a flat disc, about 1 cm thick.
  6. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for about 5 minutes.
  7. Place the shaped dough in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  8. Once cooked, remove the Langos and top with minced garlic, grated cheese, and a dollop of sour cream or yogurt. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh herbs like parsley or chives.
