Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Pound to an even thickness of about 1 inch.
  3. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Set up three shallow dishes: First dish: all-purpose flour. Second dish: beaten eggs. Third dish: mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, dried Italian herbs, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
