- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Pound to an even thickness of about 1 inch.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Set up three shallow dishes: First dish: all-purpose flour. Second dish: beaten eggs. Third dish: mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, dried Italian herbs, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then press into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- Place the breaded chicken breasts on the baking sheet, spaced apart.
- Drizzle olive oil (or melted butter) over the chicken breasts.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
