- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 to 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 3–4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter (or olive oil)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat your boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs) completely dry with paper towels.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish or a large bowl. Pour about ½ cup of Caesar dressing over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15-30 minutes at room temperature, or refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
- Transfer the marinated chicken to a lightly greased baking dish, ensuring there's space between each piece for even cooking.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the oven and tent it loosely with foil. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter (or olive oil) over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in 1.5 cups of heavy cream and ½ cup of chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low and gradually stir in ½ cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Taste the sauce and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Adjust the consistency with more chicken broth if too thick.
- Slice the rested chicken and arrange it on plates, then spoon the creamy Parmesan sauce over the top, or return the chicken to the baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
- Garnish with an extra sprinkle of fresh Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley or chives, if desired.
