Description

Experience the delightful combination of crispy, cheesy goodness and tender chicken with these Parmesan Cloud Chicken Bombs. Perfect for any occasion, these savory treats are sure to impress your family and friends!

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cloud bread
  • Fresh herbs (basil or parsley)
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Take the boneless chicken breasts and trim any excess fat. Cut them into bite-sized pieces or thin strips for easier stuffing.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure every piece is well-coated.
  4. If you’re making your own cloud bread, whisk together eggs and cream cheese until smooth. Bake according to the recipe until it’s lightly golden and fluffy. Set aside to cool slightly.
  5. Cut your cloud bread into squares or circles. Place a piece of seasoned chicken in the center, sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs, then fold the bread over the chicken to create a pouch. Pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the chicken bombs seam-side down. Brush the tops with a little olive oil and sprinkle more Parmesan on top for a crispy finish.
  7. Pop them in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bread is golden brown.
  8. Once done, allow them to cool for a couple of minutes before serving. They’re best enjoyed warm!
