Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- While the cookies cool, prepare the icing by mixing powdered sugar with a little milk (or a non-dairy alternative) until you reach your desired consistency. Drizzle or spread this over the cooled cookies.
