Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 4 cups apple cider
- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 apple, sliced
- handful of pomegranate seeds (optional)
- 2–3 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- handful of fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl, combine 4 cups of cranberry juice and 4 cups of apple cider. Stir them together gently to mix the flavors.
- Slowly pour in 2 cups of sparkling water or club soda. This will give your punch that refreshing effervescence. If you prefer a sweeter drink, use ginger ale instead.
- Slice one orange, one lemon, and one apple, and add the slices to the punch bowl. For an extra festive touch, toss in a handful of pomegranate seeds.
- Add 2-3 cinnamon sticks to the mix. If you're using ground cinnamon, sprinkle in about half a teaspoon and stir well.
- Toss in a handful of fresh mint leaves for a refreshing aroma and taste. Gently muddle the mint leaves with a spoon to release their oils.
- Allow the punch to chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. This helps all the flavors meld beautifully.
- When ready to serve, ladle the punch into glasses filled with ice, and garnish with additional fruit slices and mint leaves for that festive look.
