Description

These Mini Deep Dish Crescent Roll Pizzas are a fun and easy twist on traditional pizza, perfect for any weeknight dinner. With a flaky crust and customizable toppings, they’re sure to be a hit with everyone!

Ingredients

  • Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Toppings: mini pepperoni slices, cooked and crumbled lean beef, finely diced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, black olives, dried Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Unroll your can of refrigerated crescent roll dough. If using pre-cut triangles, press the seams together to form a solid sheet.
  3. Cut the crescent dough sheet into 12 equal squares and press one square into each greased muffin cup to form deep-dish crusts.
  4. Spoon about 1-2 teaspoons of pizza sauce into the bottom of each crescent dough cup.
  5. Sprinkle a generous pinch of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Add your chosen mini toppings evenly into each cup.
  7. Finish with another sprinkle of mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are puffed and golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let the Mini Deep Dish Crescent Roll Pizzas cool in the muffin tin for about 5 minutes before removing them.
