Instructions

Make the Dough:
In a mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix and knead for 6–8 minutes until dough is smooth. Cover and let rise 1 hour or until doubled. -
Prepare Peach Filling:
In a saucepan, cook diced peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and vanilla over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, until thickened. Let cool. -
Roll & Fill:
Roll dough into a 12×18-inch rectangle. Spread softened butter all over. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar mixture. Spoon cooled peach filling over the surface. -
Shape & Slice:
