For the Dough:

  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 packet (2¼ tsp) instant yeast

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg, room temperature

For the Peach Filling:

  • 2 cups diced peaches (fresh, frozen, or canned—drained well)

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Cinnamon Sugar Spread:

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 23 tbsp milk or cream

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  • Make the Dough:
    In a mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix and knead for 6–8 minutes until dough is smooth. Cover and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.

  • Prepare Peach Filling:
    In a saucepan, cook diced peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and vanilla over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, until thickened. Let cool.

  • Roll & Fill:
    Roll dough into a 12×18-inch rectangle. Spread softened butter all over. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar mixture. Spoon cooled peach filling over the surface.

  • Shape & Slice:
    Roll tightly from the long side into a log. Slice into 12 equal rolls using floss or a sharp knife.

  • Second Rise:
    Arrange rolls in a greased 9×13 dish. Cover and let rise again for 30–45 minutes or refrigerate overnight.

  • Bake:
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 25–30 minutes, until golden and puffed.

 

  • Glaze:
    Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls. Serve and enjoy
