  • Yield: 1 serving or 2 smaller servings 1x

Description

This Protein Cookie Dough Recipe is the perfect sweet snack when you want something that feels like dessert but works like a protein boost. With over 30 grams of protein per batch, this no-bake, 5-minute treat is safe to eat raw and tastes just like real cookie dough—without the sugar crash. Great for post-workout fuel, meal prep, or when you’re just craving something good and a little gooey.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 scoop (about 30g) vanilla or chocolate protein powder

  • 2 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)

  • 12 tsp maple syrup or honey

  • 1 tbsp almond flour (or oat flour)

  • 12 tbsp milk (any kind—dairy or plant-based)

  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips

  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir together protein powder, almond flour, and salt.

  • Add the nut butter and maple syrup. Stir until crumbly.

  • Slowly add milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until dough is soft and scoopable.

  • Fold in chocolate chips.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness or salt if desired.

  • Enjoy immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes for a firmer cookie dough texture.

Notes

  • Use a protein powder you love the taste of—it’s the main flavor!

  • For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter.

  • If the dough is too sticky, add a bit more almond flour.

  • Chill before serving for a classic cookie dough feel.

  • Great for meal prep—double the batch and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
