Description
This Spicy Hot Ranch Beef Sausage Dip is a warm, cheesy treat that’s perfect for any gathering. With its savory flavors and creamy texture, it’s guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb spicy ground sausage (or ground beef/turkey)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack blend)
- Hot sauce (to taste)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add your ground sausage (or beef) and cook until browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes. Make sure to break it up with a spatula as it cooks.
- Once the sausage is fully cooked, reduce the heat to low and add the cream cheese. Stir continuously until the cream cheese is melted and well incorporated with the sausage.
- Sprinkle in the ranch dressing mix and stir until the mixture is evenly coated.
- Gradually mix in the shredded cheese, stirring until it melts into a creamy consistency.
- Drizzle in your chosen hot sauce and mix well. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed, adding more hot sauce for extra heat.
- Pour the dip into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the dip for about 20-25 minutes, or until it’s bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle the chopped green onions on top for a fresh touch.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
