  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Description

This Spicy Hot Ranch Beef Sausage Dip is a warm, cheesy treat that’s perfect for any gathering. With its savory flavors and creamy texture, it’s guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb spicy ground sausage (or ground beef/turkey)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack blend)
  • Hot sauce (to taste)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add your ground sausage (or beef) and cook until browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes. Make sure to break it up with a spatula as it cooks.
  2. Once the sausage is fully cooked, reduce the heat to low and add the cream cheese. Stir continuously until the cream cheese is melted and well incorporated with the sausage.
  3. Sprinkle in the ranch dressing mix and stir until the mixture is evenly coated.
  4. Gradually mix in the shredded cheese, stirring until it melts into a creamy consistency.
  5. Drizzle in your chosen hot sauce and mix well. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed, adding more hot sauce for extra heat.
  6. Pour the dip into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the dip for about 20-25 minutes, or until it’s bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  8. Once out of the oven, sprinkle the chopped green onions on top for a fresh touch.
  9. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
