Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease well.

Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk melted butter, both sugars, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.

Make muffin batter: Gently fold wet mixture into dry just until combined. Fold in diced strawberries.

Prepare filling: In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until creamy and smooth.

Assemble muffins: Add a tablespoon of muffin batter to each cup, top with a teaspoon of cream cheese filling, then add more batter to cover.
