Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar (Confectioners' Sugar)
- 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Milk (or Cream)
- 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour, heat-treated
- 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- Grabeef Ham Crackers
Instructions
- First, heat-treat your flour by microwaving it in a microwave-safe bowl for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until it reaches 160°F (71°C), or by baking it on a baking sheet at 300°F (150°C) for 5-7 minutes. Let it cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter and softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add in the powdered sugar and light brown sugar, mixing on low speed to prevent a sugar cloud, then increase to medium-high and beat until fully dissolved and creamy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and a splash of milk (or cream) until just combined, adjusting the milk to reach a smooth, dippable consistency.
- Gently fold in the cooled, heat-treated all-purpose flour until no dry streaks remain, being careful not to overmix.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips by hand until evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving. Transfer to a serving bowl and arrange Grabeef Ham Crackers around the dip.
