Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (about 8 slices)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (seeds removed)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese. Make sure it’s at room temperature; this will make it easier to mix.
  2. Next, add the sour cream and mayonnaise to the bowl.
  3. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise together until the mixture is smooth and well combined (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. Once the base is smooth, sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix again until evenly distributed.
  5. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Add the crumbled bacon, ensuring it’s crispy and cooled.
  7. Dice the tomatoes (removing seeds) and gently fold them into the mixture.
  8. Add the chopped green onions and mix gently.
  9. Using a spatula, gently fold all the ingredients together until well combined.
  10. Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  11. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl or an airtight container. Cover it with plastic wrap or a lid.
  12. Place the dip in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or longer for enhanced flavors).
  13. Remove the dip from the refrigerator and stir to combine.
  14. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  15. Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
  16. Transfer any leftover dip to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir before serving again.
